Noel has held posts at Mr. X, GVFX and Calibre Digital Pictures, where he also garnered two Gemini wins, Nuremberg and Night of the Twisters. along with a nomination for Peter Benchley's Amazon. It was through his roots at Calibre that he developed a successful collaboration with Neil Williamson, which led to their current venture, Invisible Pictures, founded in 2004.
